SIMSIM - THE INTERPRETATOR FOR BIOSEQUENCE ANALYSES

SimSim is an interpretator of the statements describing various procedures
of DNA and protein sequence analyses. A set of possible statements is described
in a special file and can be expanded by user. Depending of the problem
to be solve one can prepare a program consisting of SimSim statements,
define macrostatements, etc.
The current version of SimSim supports about 40 statements including
statements connecting with sequence alignment, gene prediction, statistics
of sequences.
